If homosexuality and gender dysphoria isn’t a choice, then neither is pedophilia. Furthermore, if you consider pedophillic acts morally reprehensible, I can consider homosexual acts morally defunct.
But homosexuality isn’t harmful the way pedophilia is. Homosexuals are not breaking any laws or hurting anyone else, while pedophiles are a source of rape, abuse, and child pornography. And even in a consensual relationship, a child is not mature enough to make sexual decisions with someone who is not their own age. None of these problems are caused by homosexuality.
